Alloy Software Wins Bronze Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service

​Alloy Software, Inc., a proven provider of IT Service Management and IT Asset Management solutions, today announced that it has been named a winner in 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in recognition of the unmatched quality of company’s customer service. The award marks Alloy Software’s third Stevie Award in a two-year period, having previously won for Best IT Service Management Product of the Year in May of 2018 and Best New Product of the Year in the IT Service Management category in May of 2019. 

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®. 

“Stevie Award winners from around the world should be very proud of their achievements, ” said Stevie Awards executive chairman, Michael Gallagher. “The judges were impressed with the vast range of nominations submitted for 2020 and have agreed that their accomplishments are worthy of public recognition.”  

The awards were presented during a banquet on Friday, February 28, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.  More than 600 executives from the U.S. and some other nations attended.   

“We absolutely love making sure our customers are taken care of,” said Paul Ille, Director of Sales and Services at Alloy Software. “To be completely honest about it though, we have so many unbelievable customers, it really makes it easy.” 

More than 2,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes, in virtually every industry, in 48 nations were evaluated in this year's competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 180 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.
