Alloy Software Announces Zapier Integration

Alloy Software and Zapier Integration

Helps IT organizations enhance workflow capabilities with 1500+ applications

Alloy Software today announced integration of Alloy Navigator, its comprehensive ITAM/ITSM solution, with Zapier, a cloud-based intermediary service that helps customers connect applications and build complex workflows spanning multiple business systems.

By leveraging API capabilities in the Zapier environment, Alloy Navigator now can seamlessly connect and collaborate with over 1,500 of other business applications currently available in Zapier’s catalog. This allows for raising Service Desk tickets directly from server monitoring software, such as AWS CloudWatch Alarm, or automatically creating Trello cards once change requests in Alloy Navigator get approved for implementation.

“Creating traditional integrations between applications can be developer-intensive, time-consuming, and expensive,” explained Vladimir Vinogradsky, CEO of Alloy Software. “Zapier solves this problem by providing a simple and intuitive web interface for building data flows like Lego models. Neither intimate knowledge of a product’s internals nor coding experience is required. Now, users can connect Alloy Navigator with just a few clicks to tools and platforms like Google Apps, GoToMeeting, various chat apps, or any other of hundreds of cloud services to do things that previously didn’t seem possible.”

About Zapier

Zapier is an online automation tool that allows users to connect many popular web apps, such as Gmail, MailChimp, LiveChat, and Trello. Zapier can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration. It is so easy that anyone can build their own app workflows with just a few clicks.
